3. Google User Data

When you connect a Google Account to EazzyEstate, we access and store certain Google user data. This section describes what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What we access

• From Google Sign-In: Your name, email address, and profile picture, used to create and authenticate your EazzyEstate account.
• From Gmail (only if you connect a mailbox): Email messages associated with the connected account, including subject, body, attachments, sender and recipient information, timestamps, labels, and read/unread status. Email signatures, used to populate your sending profile.
• From Google Calendar (only if you connect a calendar): Calendar events, including titles, descriptions, locations, start and end times, recurrence rules, and attendee information.

Why we access it

EazzyEstate is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform for real estate professionals. We sync Gmail and Google Calendar so that you can:

• Track communication history with leads, clients, and contacts in one place.
• Schedule and manage property showings, meetings, and appointments alongside your deal pipeline.
• Surface relevant emails and events on the contact, deal, and property records you work with daily.

We only access the Google data necessary to provide these features.

How long we keep it

You control the amount of historical data we sync through your account settings:

• Email contact history: 1 year, 2 years, or all available history.
• Full email history: 7, 14, or 30 days.

We retain synced Google user data for as long as your Google Account remains connected to EazzyEstate. When you disconnect a mailbox or calendar, or delete your EazzyEstate account, the associated Google user data is removed from our systems.

Where it is stored

Google user data is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and is encrypted at rest. Access to this data is restricted by row-level security so that only you, and members of your account who have been granted permission, can read it.

How to revoke our access

You can disconnect your Google Account from EazzyEstate at any time:

• From within EazzyEstate: open Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect on the Gmail or Calendar integration.
• From Google directly: visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove EazzyEstate's access.

Disconnecting will stop further syncing and remove the synced Google user data from our systems.

4. Sub-processors

To provide email and calendar features, we share Google user data only with trusted sub-processors under strict contractual and technical safeguards. Each sub-processor is only permitted to use your data to provide services to EazzyEstate. Sub-processor List.

5. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

EazzyEstate's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data, except (a) with your explicit consent, for example to provide support you have requested; (b) for security investigations such as detecting abuse or fraud; or (c) to comply with applicable law.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features (for example, our sub-processors listed above), or as required by law.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process your requests and transactions
• Send you updates, newsletters, and marketing communications
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Analyze usage patterns and optimize user experience
